I believe a journey through Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) or understanding any SYMPTOM, provides us with a valuable life changing lesson. The symptoms we experience are as UNIQUE as a fingerprint but the MESSAGE the body sends, is the same for all – they are a RED FLAG to NOTICE and ADDRESS.
TOXINS & STRESS are synonymous and play a major role in triggering our ‘flight or fight’ response. Both are perceived by the body as a cumulative poison, in varying levels and forms, from what we INGEST, have CONTACT with, the AIR we breathe AND our MODERN DAY STRESSFUL EXISTENCE, barraging the MIND & BODY from all angles.
It's how we identify and perceive the 'threat' that's key. Depending on the trigger, it's SOURCE, EXPOSURE, DURATION & associated EMOTION - our incredible biochemical response kicks in; triggering an alert that manifests as a symptom(s). For Canaries, the alert stays on HIGH - potentially and over time, scrambling the system resulting in a body so confused, it may react to 'everything & anything', natural or not.
KINESIOLOGY brings about inner AWARENESS to CHANGE and the ability to REBALANCE & REBOOT the body to HEAL - as it's designed to do. Empowering you to consciously and consistently lower the Toxins, externally, internally, mindfully & holistically for positive change.
Hence the purpose of this site - information, experience and a solution to make sense of it all, for positive change!
