Kinesiology for Sensitivity, Stress and Nervous System Overload

Understand your triggers, calm your system, and move out of reactivity.

When your body is reactive, overwhelmed or constantly on alert, it can be difficult to understand what’s happening or what’s causing it.

Kinesiology and muscle testing allow us to identify the triggers your body is responding to—helping you make sense of your symptoms, whether related to foods, environmental or chemical stressors, or deeper stored patterns and subconscious beliefs.

From there, we work to recalibrate the nervous system, helping the body move out of reactivity and back towards balance.

Symptoms are your body’s signal that something needs attention.

Little Yellow Bird

Hi, I’m Saffron, founder of Canary Bird Kinesiology.

Inspired by the canaries once used in coal mines to detect toxic gases—a symbol of sensitivity and early warning—many people relate to this metaphor, experiencing heightened responses to stress, overload, and unseen triggers.

For over a decade, I’ve supported people worldwide through information and lived understanding of these patterns.

Today, I work directly with clients using kinesiology and muscle testing to uncover the stressors and subconscious responses that influence emotional states, reactivity, and physical symptoms.

You can explore common triggers in the A–Z Directory or begin to understand what your body is responding to in a session

This is where we start to understand what your body is responding to.

How I Work & What You Can Expect

Think of the body like a computer—over time, life experiences, stress, habits, and emotions can create small “glitches”. The body continues to function, but not always optimally, and these imbalances can show up as physical symptoms, sensitivities, or recurring patterns.

Muscle testing allows us to communicate with the body’s responses, helping identify what’s being held—whether stress patterns, emotional conditioning, or subconscious responses influencing how you feel and react.

Specialised energetic substance vials may be used within sessions to help identify and rebalance responses. These are simply placed on the body—no needles or invasive procedures are involved.

Clients often experience:

• Reduced overwhelm, reactivity, and sensitivity
• Greater clarity and self-understanding
• Increased calm and emotional stability
• More energy and clearer thinking
• Stronger boundaries and self-trust

Find clarity on what your body is responding to.
